2022 Kin Wild Earth Field White
Semillon, Riesling and Ugni Blanc were co-fermented on their skins in our prized Georgian qvevri, with a second ferment in stainless steel. Once again the result is a fascinating, saline, textural wine with great freshness, complexity and structure.

"This 2022 Kin Wild Earth Field Blend smells of roasted bananas, rapadura sugar, loquat, white pepper, chalk and talc. It's beguiling and complex. In the glass, the wine has yellow glints and is gently cloudy. In the mouth, this is faintly bitter (in a pleasing, Campari-esque manner), savory (it speaks of preserved citrus) and full of flavor. It is salty. The tannins feel finely milled and obliterated into the fruit, creeping into every area of the mouth and lingering once the wine has gone. There is also some clove bud, star anise and sandalwood. this is lovely, very enjoyable."
