“Grenache rosé, lightly crushed and destemmed, free-run juice drained to stainless steel with a few whole berries for colour, three months on lees. The prettiest of salmon pinks with aromas of redcurrant, raspberry, cranberry and watermelon. Hints of soft spice, peach skin, crushed stone and citrus blossom. Crisp, sapid and true with a plume of red fruits and spice and a wicked, minerally acid line.”
