A wonderful expression of modern Barossa Shiraz from the warm 2024 vintage. Supremely aromatic nose full of spice, pepper,aniseed, black olive, mulberry and a hint of chocolate. Bright and crunchy up front on the palate and this evolves into a mid-weight juicy, textural wine. The scratchy tannin profile that we love is there in full effect.
