Tasting Notes
2023 Wild Earth Field White - Vibrant florals, lemon sherbet, nashi pear and pine. Light on its feet with a zing of acidity that drives fresh lemon pith texture. Complex and vibrant aromatics, with elegant, defined texture are hallmarks of the cool 2023 vintage.
2023 Night Sky GSM - Lifted aromas of spicy rhubarb, sour red fruit, and alpine herbs, give way to deeper notes of Campari and cherry wood (though no barrels were harmed in the making of this!). Juicy, fresh and textural with lovely scratchy fruit tannins – a finely poised release in 2023.
2023 Birdsong Shiraz - Earthy and dark fruited with a distinct mineral edge. Charcuterie, blackcurrant, balsamic notes and tobacco leaf show complexity and depth. The wine is medium weight, with bags of flavour and an upright sense of structure.
Vineyard Notes
All three wines were grown and made on our organic and biodynamic certified vineyard in Greenock.
