Immerse yourself in a guided micro-terroir flight of the rare wines that make up our Polygon Project: Polygon 3 Grenache, Polygon 5 Grenache and Polygon 1 Shiraz, as well as the Old Quarter Grenache Shiraz Mataro and Spice Garden Shiraz.

Enjoy a glass of Bodega Garzon Sparkling wine on arrival and a cheese and charcuterie plate with the tasting. After the tasting we’ll take a short walk to a soil pit to understand the project and the terroir more closely.
